The Nursing Station

The nursing station of Javad Alaemeh Specialized Cardiovascular Hospital, as the center of guiding and supervising the nursing processes, is active in several fields by employing skilled and experienced supervisors, including the following:
1. Planning management.
2. Managing the process of resources including recruitment, distribution and turnover of nursing personnel on the basis of the need assessment made in the wards according to the experiences and capabilities of nursing staff.
3. Management of control and supervision process based on the identification of evaluation indexes and goals, determination of evaluation teams, formulating the checklists of evaluating nursing staff performance, analyzing the results of evaluations and planning for corrective actions according to the obtained results.
4. Managing the process of educating employees and patients.
5. Managing the process of evaluating employees.
6. Managing the process of holding meetings for the nursing manager, clinical and educational supervisors and head nurses.
7. Participating in managerial decision making of the hospital, by attending all hospital committees.
8. Managing the process of patient education.
9. Surveying and dealing with the problems of treatment staff and making attempts to solve them.
